Aust  to Redbrook 17.5 Miles

Turn right at Bush Ostiopaths towards Coleford (5 mile Climb)

Turn left towards Berry Hill nr Coleford 19 Miles

Over crossways then right on A4136 then 1st Left

Towards English Bicknor 

At 25.5 Miles  Lydbrook turn Right into Vention Lane. It is only a small lane so don't miss it.

THIS IS THE BEAST and the Forests toughest climb

At the top turn left to Ruardean then left towards Ross. Bottom of hill turn right onto B4234 29 Miles

Through Walford Turn right at Coughton 32 Miles Turn right onto A40 after Pontshilll35.5 Miles

Stay on A40 to Gloucester 47.5 Miles

Right at Over Roundabout then right on A430 48 Miles

Stay on A430 for 3 miles then Turn Right onto Bristol Road at main Lights 51 Miles-

Turn right at Tescos Roundabout Severnvale Drive then right at roundabout into School Lane

Right at 2nd roundabout over canal at Pilot Inn

Turn left towards Longney 53 Miles 

Turn left to Epney

Turn Right at Upper Framilode 57 Miles

Turn Left at Fretherne through Frampton to A38

Turn right on A38 Caution 3 Miles turn right at roundabout to Slimbridge 

Turn Left in Slimbridge then right onto Tyndale Lane

Turn left then right onto Halmore Lane 68 Miles

Turn left to Berkeley over roundabout

At Berkeley turn left then immediate 1st Right

past Castle. Through Ham and Turn right through Rockhampton then to Oldbury on Severn 79 Miles, Littleton Upon Severn  82 Miles Turn right at Elberton on B4461 to Aust
