Horsemen of the Apocalypse

This is race number 1 in a series of 4 runs  (Conquest - War - Famine - Death)

This year is Conquest and will be rewarded with the Conquest Medal

The run starts with 1 Mile uphill on Horsemarling Lane Stonehouse Nr Stroud before hitting the undulating muddy trails for a further 9 miles.

The Castle 365

Sunday 14th November 2021

YPB Event



A fantastic new 10k trail run starting from Chepstow Castle and following a tough uphill route. You'll go through the Giants Cave and then ascend The 365 Steps to the Eagles Nest viewpoint before a downhill 2 mile run to finish outside the Castle.

Race will start at 10am and will be chip timed

Pay and display parking is available at the castle and nearby


There will be an aid station with water and jelly babies at approx 4 miles

Prizes for 1st 2nd 3rd Male & Female and over 50's winner

A unique medal for all runners



Devils Chimney

YPB Event



A reintroduction of the Devils Chimney Run. A tough 5 Mile trail run heading up from Charlton Kings up to te top of Leckhampton Hill to the Devils Chimney Rock Formation.

The run is a multi terrain run of tarmac, mud & gravel.

Race will start at 10am and will be chip timed

There will be an aid station with water and jelly babies at Sandy Lane.

Prizes for 1st 2nd 3rd Male & Female and over 50's winner

A unique Devils Chimney medal for all runners


We are hoping to work with Old Patesians Rugby Club to put on a family fun day BBQ and childrens sports events day at the rugby club.... more info tba

The legendary Seven Sins Run & The Immortal Sinner

Races Start at 10.30 Except The Immortals on Sunday who will start at 9.00am

Registration is open from 9.00am and 8.00am for Immortals

Venue is Wenchford Picnic site on New Road Blakeney Straits between Blakeney (A48) and Parkend

Race brief and details of bib numbers and all details will be emailed out a week before the race.

The terrain may be muddy & wet with possible ice & snow...... One thing won't change and thats the Seven Hills !!!! .......come prepared


Mayhill Massacre

5th & 6th February 2022


The MAYHILL MASSACRE a 9 mile tough cross country run that starts and finishes with a tough climb up Mayhill.

Throw in some very muddy trails some great scenery and the open plain at the top of Mayhill and you have a recipe for a must do challenge run. 


This event sells out every year so we have added an extra day so you have the option to run on the Saturday or Sunday or Both if you are brave. Canicross is Saturday.


Early entries are now open and with limited places its advisable to secure your place for one of Gloucestershire's iconic runs.

Early Entry for 9 Miles from £15 / £18 / £20 & rising to £25 if you leave it late 

Limited to the Sunday you have the option of 9 or 15 miles Massacre or Mayhem the choice is yours


Race starts at 10.00am Registration open from 8.30am

Collect your race number & timing chip from registration.


You will get muddy and the course can be very slippery so please wear appropriate footwear and have a change of clothes.


Toilets are available on site but no showers


You will receive an email of confirmation when you enter and another email with race details 7 days before the event.

Wild Boar 70.3 & Olympic triathlon

The WIld Boar Triathlon returns for 2021 in a new location - the National Diving & Activity Centre in Chepstow! Featuring a beautiful lake for your open water swim, there is a cafe + bar on site and changing facilities (why not book a go on the zipwire too?)

A swim in the deepest swim quarry in the UK

A beautiful bike route around the Forest of Dean and an amazing run through the newly opened disused railway tunnel all on the firetrack cycle route


Olympic (Wild Boar)   1500m Swim 45k Bike 10.5k Run

Middle Distance (Wild Boar 70.3)  1900m Swim 90k Bike 21k Run


It is a tough event with an incredible open water swim, very scenic bike & run routes, and safe transitions.

Races will start at 8.00am


Please arrive an hour before your start time or register on Saturday between 12-6pm


It will be a wetsuit mandatory swim but you will be notified if this changes

Minimum Age is 18


Warrior mud run

16th July 2022

A Mud Run through the beautiful Private Huntley Estate

The Run will follow a similar route to The Forest Warrior and will be a Muddy Off Road Trail Run

Some sections will be extremely deep mud there are several shallow water crossings but no swimming required

Come and join a fun Mud Race and be rewarded with a great Warrior Mud  Medal 

The 8k race will start at 10.00am 

Start and finish is at Huntley Estate

Please arrive 30 mins before start time to collect race bib and chip

Bring a spare change of clothes and shoes as you will get muddy

Double Gloucester 6 Miles

3rd April 2022

Ever looked at The Crazy Cheese Rolling and thought "How Steep is that hill"  Well now you have the chance to run up it and see for yourself. 

The Double Gloucester is a 6 Mile event that starts at the bottom of the Famous Cheese Rolling Hill nr Gloucester. The run will take you  up to the top of the  Cheese Rolling Hill and then around a beautiful route on the Cotswold Way before finishing with a second run up the cotswold way to the top of the famous hill.

The event takes place on Sunday 3rd April 2022

All runners will receive an amazing bespoke Double Gloucester Medal 

The winners of the first ascent will win a King & Queen Cheese award and the overall winners will also be awarded with prizes. 

It is a fabulous route and can be entered by runners and walkers alike as there is no time cut off.


The event will start at 10.00am at the bottom of the famous Cheese rolling Hill on Coopers Hill.

The route is hilly and could be muddy so suitable footwear is advised.

Parking is not available at the start but there are several places to park within a short walk details of these can be found on our website.
